Sometimes it takes a while for Netflix to come out with new interesting things. But when they do, they drop them all at once. And there are still so many good shows and movies coming up. Like Blond (Sep 28) and The Midnight Club (Oct 7). Can’t wait!

Do Revenge

I was actually pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this movie. Great actors and a good storyline. And even a little twist I didn’t see coming. Also, haven’t seen Sarah Michelle Gellar in anything for a while, at least not in anything I watch. Camila Mendes and Maya Hawke are amazing together.

Fate: The Winx Saga (season 2)

Absolutely loved this season and hopefully, it will get renewed for a third. Was surprised to see Paulina Chávez, because I used to watch The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia. Also, they switched out Lesley Sharp who played Rosalind in season 1 for Miranda Richardson. But all in all, great season!

Fakes

Somehow, it took me a while to really get into this show. It’s not bad, but I just didn’t get hooked right away. After a few episodes it got really entertaining, but it’s still not a show I would binge-watch.

Love Is Blind: After The Altar

I honestly only watched this to see if they would announce that the couples got divorced. But obviously, this was filmed before. Was also surprised to see that Shake wasn’t invited, but after a quick Google search I found out that Shake just didn’t want to be on the show. I say, good riddance.

Partner Track

These shows give me a temporary boost of motivation, but I could never put in the hours and work. I mean I could, I just don’t want to. I really liked this show because it revolves around a career-focused woman who knows what she wants. And does anything in her power to make it happen.

Echoes

At first, I got very confused by the whole twin-switching situation. So if you haven’t watched it yet, I’d advise you to really pay attention. Other than that it’s a really good mystery show. Echoes is a miniseries so it’s just one season, but thankfully they wrapped it up in a good way.
