Searching might be the best movie I’ve seen this year. And I realize how bold that statement is but, I like movies that are unpredictable. The movie stars John Cho (father), Debra messing (detective) and Michella La (daughter). Searching is set entirely on smartphones and computer screens and it honestly looks amazing. 

The movie Searching is about David Kim (John Cho) looking for his missing daughter Margot (Michelle La) with the help of Detective Rosemary Vick (Debra Messing). Nowadays it’s crazy how much information is available online about a person. Anything is findable through social media or Google search results. David soon realizes that he may not have known his daughter as good as he thought he did as he finds some of her online presence.

This movie has so many subjects that are so relevant to this generation that it’s just amazing to see how it all develops. So don’t wait any longer and go see Searching now.
