She’s Gotta Have It. Miss Nola Darling (DeWanda Wise) is back again blessing us with her beauty and personality. I just realized that I never made a post about season one, but trust me when I say I loved it. So I am beyond excited for this new season and I seriously think they should get more recognition.
That first scene after the introduction was.. intense. But then again it wouldn’t be She’s Gotta Have it without these intense scenes. Nola Darling has definitely changed and even though she seems happy with Opal, I miss her experiences with Greer, Mars, and Jamie. But hey you’ve gotta make some decisions sometimes right? But seriously I just don’t think her and Opal are endgame.
Mars lost his job which means he has no source of income so now he has some growing up to do. Jamie is getting a divorce and Greer is, being Greer. And even Nola is going through some stuff with Opal. All in all, there’s enough going on to keep you watching.
I watched the entire season in one day because I have no chill. And also it’s just a very entertaining show. But hey don’t just take my word for it, watch the trailer and episode one and I assure you, you will watch the entire thing.
